Delivery & Returns

We offer a Two Day delivery service on all items except Worktops. Orders are dispatched direct from the distributor's UK warehouse. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the next working day after that. For example, an order placed on a Monday at 11am will be dispatched on the Tuesday for delivery on the Wednesday. The following table serves as a guide:

We can currently only deliver to UK mainland addresses.

For all delivery options, goods should be signed for on delivery.

If there will be no one in to sign for the goods, a card will be left by the driver and collection will need to be arranged from the local depot.

  • Standard delivery cost is £18.40 inc VAT

Worktop Delivery

  • Orders which include worktops are subject to a delivery charge of £35+Vat per order and are on a 5 working day delivery cycle.
  • Worktops will be unloaded to a suitable ground floor location
  • The courier will contact you to agree a delivery date and time for the delivery of your worktop

In the event that there is nobody at home for a pre-arranged delivery, we would need to charge £35 to redeliver.

Delivered items must be checked either before the driver leaves or in any case within 24 hours of delivery for possible damage or manufacturing faults. Please email orders@allyourdoors.co.uk as soon as possible to inform us.

A thorough visual check is essential, but also, peel back the protective film from the front edge of the worktop then run your fingers slowly along the long, postformed front edge. This can reveal impact damage that is not readily apparent simply by looking.

In the event of a damaged worktop, if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery, we will replace it as soon as possible to minimise inconvenience.


General

When accepting delivery please ensure that all goods are received in an acceptable condition BEFORE signing the delivery note. Any damaged goods must be signed for as such by writing on the delivery note and reported to us within 48 hours.

Although the delivery companies we use are excellent, neither we nor they can guarantee or be held liable for a delivery not arriving on the designated time or day as on rare occasions there can be unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery. In such events we will re-schedule delivery for the next convenient day.

If delivery is attempted, but no-one is able to accept delivery then if we need to reschedule a delivery, a further delivery charge will be made.


Disclaimer

While we, our suppliers and couriers make every effort to ensure deliveries arrive on the specified date and in good condition, unfortunately on occasion events out of our control can affect this. On such rare occasions we will rearrange deliveries, but cannot accept liability for any consequential losses.


Returns Policy

If you wish to return a Product to us for any reason, you must contact us in writing (preferably by e-mail) and request a returns authorisation number, which must be quoted on any subsequent correspondence and paperwork.

Please ensure you inspect your goods thoroughly prior to installation and ensure that the goods are correct as per your order and that you are happy with the appearance and quality. Once installation has commenced we cannot accept claims for incorrect goods. Any damaged goods must be signed for as damaged on the delivery note and you should notify us immediately.

IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCTS, DO NOT FIT THEM.

If you believe your product is faulty and have already installed it please contact us and request we carry out a site inspection. In our experience in most cases fault lies with installation or site conditions, so it is vital you read instructions before fitting any parts.

In order to carry out a site inspection, we will need to pre-authorise a £200 payment from a valid credit card. This money will only be taken to cover our costs in the event that our products are not found to be defective.


Refunds Policy

If you wish to return a Product to us for any reason, you must contact us in writing (preferably by e-mail) and request a returns authorisation number, which must be quoted on any subsequent correspondence and paperwork.

If you wish to return a product to us because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period as allowed by the Distance Selling Regulations we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given written notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Any Product returned to us must be returned to us complete, unused and in the condition it was delivered to you.

If you wish to return part of an order because you no longer want or need an item or items, then again you will need to contact us in writing for a returns authorisation number. On receipt of the goods we will then issue a refund for the returned goods, less costs incurred in the collection and return of the goods. This will be £18.40 including VAT. This cost includes the cost of collecting the goods from you. Any request to return saleable goods must be received in writing within 28 days of delivery.

If you wish to return a product to us for any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
